I want to fall under gravity
the way the apple did—
silent, certain,
obedient to a law it never questioned.

Not to drift like infinity,
endless and unresolved,
stretching beyond measure,
never arriving.

Infinity never grows,
never diminishes—
it only refuses to end.

I would rather be zero:
a point of rest,
a place where motion begins,
where something can be counted,
where change is possible.

Let me fall.

घड़ी -की-घड़ी रह गयी
ये उम्मीदें तुमसे मिलन की.
छोटी -से छोटी होती जा रहीं
ये आसमा और ये जमीन
पर, दूरी – की – दूरी रह गयी
ये उम्मीदें तुमसे मिलन की.

सोचा था की पटना से एक पल बांधूंगा
चलेंगे नंगे पाँव जिसपे हम और तुम.
ये लकीरे लिखी – की -लिखी रह गयी
ये उम्मीदें तुमसे मिलन की.
घड़ी -की-घड़ी रह गयी
ये उम्मीदें तुमसे मिलन की.

अब नहीं है इरादा
नहीं है जूठी ही आशा
टूटी-की-टूटी रह गयी
ये उम्मीदें तुमसे मिलन की.

मिलता भी कोई तो कैसे?

हम उस धरती के वंशज है, जहाँ पिता पुत्र पे मरते हैं -२
हम उस धरती से आते हैं जहाँ पुत्र पिता के लिए लड़ते हैं.
हम उस धरती के वंशज है, जहाँ पिता पुत्र पे मरते हैं -२
हम उस धरती से आते हैं जहाँ पुत्र पिता के लिए लड़ते हैं.
तुम पूजा जितना पूजना है हाँ अपने प्यार को -२
हमने तो बस पूजा है धरती, और पिता के पाँव को.

जब-जब हम थे तुतलाये, चूमा हमारे गाल को
जब -जब लौटे थे जीत के, चूमा हमारे माथ को.
पर जिस दिन था दुनिया को रौंदा, बोले पिता
मेरे माँ को, हे देवी, प्रणाम तुम्हे, नारी तुम महान हो.
तुम पूजा जितना पूजना है हाँ अपने प्यार को -२
हमने तो बस पूजा है धरती, और पिता के पाँव को.

तुमने पिता बनाया मुझको ऐसे हाँ पुत्र का
जो धरा पे रम रहा लिए दम्भ मेरे नाम का

और पल-पल में सीना मेरा करता है विशाल जो.

शायर वही जो फ़िराक है,
बाक़ी सब तो इश्क़ में बर्बाद हैं,
हमने चाहा जिसे वो आबाद है,
गोद में खिला रही नन्हीं जान हैं।

शहर वही जहाँ उसके पाँव हैं,
बाक़ी सब तो धूल, राख, ख़ाक हैं।
दिल वही जो उसके लिए धड़के,
बाक़ी सब तो बस बेजान हैं।

जिस पल में उसका जिक्र हो,
वही लम्हा मेरा इनाम है.
मेरी हर दुआ में उसका नाम है,
हर ख़ुशी लगती, उसका पैगाम है.

जिसे चाहा वो पराया निकला,
हम उस हसरत की ही मिसाल हैं.
मौत भी शरमा जाए देखकर,
हम ऐसे ख़ामोश सवाल हैं।

She likes to rise,
But I like to fall—
Fall into the depths of her lap,
For her bosom, soft as night, cradles me whole.
She rises with strength, defiant and proud,
While I surrender, weightless, to her embrace,
Drawn to the quiet, the calm, the tender unknown.

Where she soars to conquer the skies,
I drift below, into her tides—
Not in defeat, but in reverence,
For the ocean of her being calls me home.
She rises with fire; I fall with grace,
Together, we dance in our perfect space.

For in falling, I do not lose—
I find the diamonds at the meeting of her thighs,
The treasures of love, of touch, of truth.
She rises, and I fall,
Two forces in motion,
Bound to the rhythm of one endless ocean.
